What we do with your details

Short version: if you send us your name and number, we use them to get back to you about your tile job. That is all. We do not sell them, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass them to anyone who is not working on your job.

What we collect

Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, your town, the type of job and whatever you tell us about it. Nothing is collected from you unless you fill that form in and press send.

Where it goes

The form is handled by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. Submissions are stored in our account with them and emailed to us so we can reply. Netlify also records the standard request information any web host records, such as your IP address, in its server logs.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we might reasonably need them for the job and our records — for example to look up what tile we used on a previous visit. If you would rather we deleted yours, ask and we will.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or social-media tracking scripts. The fonts and images are served from this site rather than from a third party, so loading the page does not report your visit to anyone else.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (707) 362-6356 and say so. California residents have these rights under state law; we will honour the request either way.
