Most of a good tile job is the part nobody ever sees — the substrate, the waterproofing, the flattening. Here is what that looks like.

No. Estimates are free locally. Call or send photos of the space and we will come out, measure, and give you a written price with no obligation.
Either way works. Plenty of customers pick their own tile and we install it; others would rather we help choose the material and handle it. We will tell you honestly which tiles hold up and which ones cause trouble.
Usually, yes — if you have spare tile or we can match it. Repairs and re-grouts are a real part of the business, not an afterthought. If the floor underneath is the actual problem, we will say so rather than patch over it.
It depends on size and prep, but a typical backsplash is a day and a full bathroom is several. Thinset and grout also need curing time before the space gets used — that timeline comes with your estimate so you can plan around it.
Yes — lobbies, restrooms, retail and entryways. We can schedule around opening hours so your business keeps running while the work happens.
Yes. California contractor license #937221, classification C-54 (ceramic and mosaic tile), active since 2009. The license carries a $25,000 contractor's bond and current workers' compensation coverage. You can check it yourself on the CSLB website.
